GREEN SEEN update April 6th, Postmaster

Postmaster Charlie O'Dowd is displaying a random selection of GREEN SEEN Mail Art he received at the Wendell Post Office. This award winning postmaster handled 257 artists' works from 24 countries. Great job, Charlie!
