The Multicultural Organization of City Of Athens, Greece, will launch the painting exhibition SCRIPTORIUM II on 15 October at 20:00 at Freedom Park Gallery,Vas. Sofias Boulevard, as a solo show of artist Costas Evangelatos.
The exhibit comprises drawings and mixed media compositions with nude bodies and geometrical forms, mostly of a large size.
The works are made during the last decade and they are exhibited in galleries, museums, cultural centers and institutions in Europe.The aesthetic retrospective journey of painter, performer, poet and essayist Costas Evangelatos from 2000-2010 displays drawings with conceptual elements on canvas, carton, wood and fabric as well as new non exhibited creations of a global nature.
