It is shocking. I saw Ennio briefly this past summer at the Art Detox event at Anna Boschi's. He didn't look ill then, and didn't mention anything about his health.
On his Facebook account he mentioned that he was suffering a deep depression and I fear this may be the reason for his sudden demise. Doubly sad if this is the case.
Ennio was not sick, has happened suddenly, perhaps the heart or a ictus… it was the night of 18 November and it was being prepared in order to leave for the island of Man.

I have received sad news that (mail)artist Ennio Paulluzi/Elefantus has died.
This is shocking news. I got a postcard from him just the other week. He never mentioned he was ill - how did it happen?
