A new issue (17) of Gianni Simone's KAIRAN magazine, guest edited by Vittore Baroni on the theme of postal "Chain Reactions", has just been published: find attached samples of the texts and a picture of the cover.
The 36 pages zine is mailed out free to all contributors and - while copies last - as a free "Easter's Egg" bonus with any order from the E.O.N./Near the edge catalogue (also attached).
