next time send this guy an over sized post card so that the route-mailman can read it and broadcast it to the neighborhood!

actually send 12 post cards
and, maybe change a couple of numbers of his address so that his neighbors "accidentally" get the post cards..
addressed to him. then they will hand carry the cards over to him .
