Si inaugura sabato 30 giugno 2012 alla ore 19.00, presso il Museo Epicentro a Gala di Barcellona P. G. (ME) Italy , la XIX Esposizione Nazionale Artisti per Epicentro, dedicata alla “Fotografia in Italia“.
A cura di Nino Abbate, si avvale della presentazione di Andrea Italiano e dei testi critici in catalogo di Vittoria Biasi e Fabio Fornasari.
Sono presenti per questo primo appuntamento culturale dell’anno 2012 organizzato dal Museo Epicentro 22 artisti noti nel panorama nazionale e internazionale della Fotografia, artisti invitati con le loro opere nelle più prestigiose collezioni e rassegne d’arte come la Quadriennale di Roma, la Biennale di Venezia e Documenta di Kassel in Germania.

Curator by Nino Abbate, uses some presentation of Andrea Italiano and the critical texts in catalog of Vittoria Biasi and Fabio Fornasari.
They are present for this first cultural appointment of the year 2012 organized by the Museo Epicentro 22 artists known in the national and international panorama of the Photo, artists invited with their works in the most prestigious collections and reviews of art as the Quadriennale in Rome, the Biennal exhibition in Venice and it Documents of Kassel in Germany.
Sono presenti per questo primo appuntamento culturale dell’anno 2012 organizzato dal Museo Epicentro 22 artisti noti nel panorama nazionale e internazionale della Fotografia, artisti invitati con le loro opere nelle più prestigiose collezioni e rassegne d’arte come la Quadriennale di Roma, la Biennale di Venezia e Documenta di Kassel in Germania.
Per questo evento gli artisti: Rosario Antoci, Federica Boràgina, Gina Brezini, Nino Calamuneri, Maurizio Cesarini, Alessandro Cirillo, Antonio D’Agostino, Nicola Di Caprio, Roberta Fanti, Oscar Ferrari, Maurizio Galimberti, Alessandro Gianvenuti, Gruppo Sinestetico, Vittorio Gui, Beatrice Morabito, Nicolas Pascarel, Luca Piovaccari, Michele Roberto, Guglielmo Renzi e Barbara Fontana, Chiara Scarfò, Pio Tarantini, Giovanna Torresin, Emiliano Zucchini.
Hanno creato delle fotografie con diverse tecniche, supporti e linguaggi, rispettando la misura standard della mattonella in cotto di cm.30x30. Uguale misura per tutti gli artisti presenti dal 1994 nella collezione del Museo Epicentro che sono oltre 1000 e rappresentano l’arte in Italia nei suoi molteplici aspetti con i maggiori esponenti storici dal movimento di “Corrente” fino alle ultime tendenze.(English)

The band was honored recently with a compilation CD where more than 100 bands covered your 2 second song “You Suffer” from the Scum album. What was your response to that?
I thought it was brilliant, absolutely such a good idea. Proper cover albums are very flattering, but they for the most part just pay tribute. But this takes a whole raft of bands of different styles and they are doing their own takes. The bands put their own spin on it. It's a breath of fresh air as covers albums go. It's a great idea all around.
